Allah - the Mighty and Majestic's - statement:
Say, "It is only revealed to me that your god is but one God; so will you then not be Muslims?"Al-Anbiya: 108
Allah the Majestic is telling his prophet Muhammad - ﷺ : Say O Muhammad; My lord only reveals to me that you have no other deity who has the right to be worshiped other than one God, worship is not befitting for other than Him, and is not to be presented to other than Him.
He is saying: So will you - who associate partners with Allah in worship, who worship idols and statues - will you not then humbly submit to this, and free yourselves from worshipping other than Him from amongst your gods?
Tafseer at-Tabaree
Allah’s statement {Say, it is only revealed to me that your god is but one God So it is not permitted to associate partners with Him. {So will you then not submit? Meaning: Will you not adhere to the Monotheism of Allah? Meaning: So submit (be Muslim to Him). It is similar to The Majestic’s saying: {Will you then not cease?. Meaning; therefore cease.
Tafseer al-Qurtubee
{Say, It is only revealed to me that your god is but one God; so will you then not be Muslims? Meaning Submit (be Muslim (a submitter) to Him)
Tafseer al-Baghawi
Allah is ordering His Prophet - ﷺ, to tell the polytheists: {it is only revealed to me that your god is but one God. So will you then not be Muslim? Meaning: Will you not adhere to this? Will you then not submit to and abide by it?
Tafseer Ibn Katheer
{Say O Muhammad {It is only revealed to me that your god is but one God, none other than Him deserves worship, and this is why He says: {so will you then not be Muslims?
Meaning: Will you then not be subservient to His right to worship? If they abide, they should be grateful to their Lord for this privilege that is greater than all other privileges.
Tafseer as-Sa’di
As-Sa'di also comments on the Ayah elsewhere in his Tafseer:
Allah is saying: Will you then not be subservient to Allah by obeying Him, making your worship sincere to Him after the proofs have been established upon you?

الأنبياء : 108
يقول تعالى ذكره لنبيه محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم: قل يا محمد: ما يوحي إلي ربي إلا أنَّه لا إله لكم يجوز أن يُعبد إلا إله واحد ، لا تصلح العبادة إلا له ، ولا ينبغي ذلك لغيره.
يقول: فهل أنتم مذعنون له أيها المشركون العابدون الأوثان والأصنام بالخضوع لذلك ، ومتبرّئون من عبادة ما دونه من آلهتكم؟
تفسير الطبري
قوله تعالى : { قل إنما يوحى إلي أنما إلهكم إله واحد } فلا يجوز الإشراك به . { فهل أنتم مسلمون } أي منقادون لتوحيد الله تعالى ؛ أي فأسلموا ؛ كقوله تعالى : { فهل أنتم منتهون } أي انتهوا .
تفسير القرطبي
{ قل إنما يوحى إلي أنما إلهكم إله واحد فهل أنتم مسلمون } أي أسلموا
تفسير البعوي
يقول تعالى آمرا رسوله ، صلوات الله وسلامه عليه ، أن يقول للمشركين : { إنما يوحى إلي أنما إلهكم إله واحد فهل أنتم مسلمون } أي : متبعون على ذلك ، مستسلمون منقادون له .
تفسير إبن كثير
{ قُلْ } يا محمد { إِنَّمَا يُوحَى إِلَيَّ أَنَّمَا إِلَهُكُمْ إِلَهٌ وَاحِدٌ } الذي لا يستحق العبادة إلا هو، ولهذا قال: { فَهَلْ أَنْتُمْ مُسْلِمُونَ }
أي: منقادون لعبوديته مستسلمون لألوهيته، فإن فعلوا فليحمدوا ربهم على ما منَّ عليهم بهذه النعمة التي فاقت المنن.
