Two People that you Mustn’t Conceal From

The Shaykh was asked an ambiguous question about a marriage contract with unspecified stipulations.

This question is vague, this is why I will introduce my response with a small introduction, and then I will respond with a general response and advice.

As for the introduction: It is befitting for whoever wants to ask a question, that he or she must fully clarify the question, they shouldn’t conceal anything from the reality of the situation, even if they feel that it is a minor issue.

There are two people, that if you would like to benefit from them, you shouldn’t hide anything from them; the doctor and the Faqeeh. Because you may hide something from them, which would have an effect on the response, whether from the doctor or Faqeeh.
