Madhee is a light, sticky liquid that is discharged from the penis during sexual arousal. It is Najis [impure], whether it is excreted during foreplay or not. It is upon the person to wash his private parts with water, rather he should wash entire penis including his testicles because this would make the excretion cease. After that he should perform ablution. It is impure, so he must purify [i.e wash] the parts of his body and clothing that it came into contact with, as in the case with urine.
Likewise is Wadee, Wadee is a thick white liquid that is discharged without arousal, but it usually comes out during a physical change, like when a person lifts a very heavy object that is above his capacity, or handling a sharp object. This may lead to the discharge of Wadee . Wadee takes the same ruling as Madhee, in that it nullifies a person’s state of Wudoo, and that it is impure so all places that it came into contact with must be purified. I do not however, know of any evidence that the penis and testicles must be washed due to the discharge of Wadee, except if it would take the same ruling through analogy or that there is some evidence that I have not yet come across.
Therefore, the excretions that emerge form the penis are:
Madhee – all these three have the same ruling, and
Manee [semen] which has a specific ruling.
People who have used drugs noted this type of discharge in some cases.
